We introduced Tim West to Adrian from BSW Timber at the BFRS careers fair at Leicester racecourse in the summer while he was still serving, and last week Tim was at the BFRS careers fair at Catterick Garrison as an employee of BSW – a fantastic result all round.

Tim said “I’d never thought about a career in the timber industry or realised the fantastic opportunities that are available within it. I connected with HighGround whilst undergoing resettlement training and they introduced me to BSW Timber at a BFRS careers fair. I can’t thank them enough for their help in starting me on my new career path.
