Today we welcome Simon Caraffi as our new Chairman of the Board of Trustees. We thank all those who applied for the position for their interest, and Simon Bell from Gray’s Search for doing such a great job running the recruitment process.

Simon says: “Having served as an Army officer for 37 years and then resettled into a satisfying second career in the charity sector I think I am well placed to help HighGround in its next stages of development. I have already seen for myself the valuable work HighGround does for rehabilitation at DMRC and for those considering resettling into the land-based economy, and I look forward to working with the Board of Trustees, staff and volunteers to build on the first 10 years of this excellent charity’s work.”
