Careers Fair season is gearing up and our Operations Manager, Heather, has been at  BFRS Careers Fair – Tidworth  and CTP South Central Careers Fair – Newbury offering guidance and support around rural careers and the HighGround Rural Weeks. Its been fantastic to meet so many people at various stages of their resettlement journey and explore the wide range of opportunities the rural sector offers.
