A welcome boost from Greenwich Hospital

February 09, 2018

HighGround’s fundraising for the Horticultural Therapy Challenge received a welcome boost this week with a generous donation from Greenwich Hospital. The move to the new DNRC later this year will be a big expense for HighGround and this donation will help with the transition costs.

Hugh Player, Director of Greenwich Hospital, the Royal Navy’s Crown Charity said: ‘We recognise the value of HighGround’s horticultural therapy and are keen to both encourage and support the charity in this excellent work. We are confident that the transfer from Headley Court to the new facility at Stanford Hall will go ahead as planned, and that HighGround will therefore be able to continue bringing benefit to those who need this therapy to assist in their rehabilitation.’ For more information about Greenwich Hospital visit: www.grenhosp.org.uk
