Working closely with the Employment and Education team led by Zoe Darnborough, we are very proud to be providing support to those who are looking to transition into land-based employment from Young Recruits at the start of their careers, to those who are retiring from service and are looking for something outdoors  – putting up marquees and tree surgery which both require physical fitness and teamwork are favourites..!

Sometimes individuals are looking for research into ‘what’s out there’ and a Virtual Rural Week suits them well whilst for others, a face to face Rural Week at Bicton College where they can meet people from different areas of the land-based sector and make new contacts is more useful.
