During a week of glorious weather, we welcomed 6 Royal Navy personnel to Bicton College for the first Rural experience Week of 2025. These weeks focus on wellbeing rather than employment, although the hands-on sessions and more relaxed approach inevitably lead to interesting discussions about futures and the possibilities.

Thanks you all our presenters and contributors – without you these weeks would not be possible. There was so much positive engagement and banter all week.
