The HighGround team – CEO Jamie, Founder and Head of Income Generation, Anna and Operations Manager, Heather – had a busy and productive day at the  National Transition Event 2024 at Silverstone last week. This was a fantastic opportunity for HighGround to further its commitment to supporting service leavers and veterans in their transition to meaningful employment. As well as meeting and advising many service leavers and veterans; positive connections were made and reinforced with employers and charities.

HighGround Charity continues to be a driving force in the Service leaver and veteran support landscape, actively engaging with key stakeholders and contributing to discussions that shape the future of employment opportunities for service leavers and veterans within the rural sector.
