Operations Manager, Heather Crawford, was delighted to represent HighGround at the signing of the Armed Forces Covenant by the University of the West of Scotland in Paisley on 4th April 2025. Professor Murray Leith and his team are partners in the Female Veterans into Land-based Teaching programme which is running in the autumn.

Other attendees included the Scottish Veterans Commissioner, Susie Hamilton who is also a supporter of HighGround.

As ERS Gold Award holders, HighGround actively supports and champions organisations who engage with and encourage employment of military service leavers and reservists.
