HighGround Charity is thrilled to announce its selection as one of the few organisations chosen to support the Office for Veterans’ Affairs (OVA) Op PROSPER initiative. This prestigious programme, awarded through the Armed Forces Covenant Fund Trust, aims to empower veterans and their families across the United Kingdom by ensuring equal access to employment opportunities and enabling them to thrive in society.

As part of Op PROSPER, HighGround has developed a ground-breaking two-year programme specifically designed to support female veterans in their transition to new careers within the Further Education land-based sector. This innovative initiative will provide participants with the tools and qualifications necessary to succeed, including a recognised Level 3 Award in Education and Training (AET) teaching qualification, delivered in partnership with Sparsholt College  Bicton College and University of the West of Scotland
